Abstract

|
Retropertoneal mucinous cystneoplasm was very rare, and the cause and histogenesis of the retroperitoneal location were unclear.
We report a cases of retroperitoneal mucinous cystadenoma of 64-yr-old female.
the mass was multilobulated and 17×8×10cm in size and illed with oily gray mucous fluid in the right retroperitoneal area.
The ovary and appendix were normal.
